Welcome to Coloring Book: Color by Number. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity required in your location to accept these Terms. A parent or guardian must review and accept them for a minor.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for non-commercial purposes. All rights in the App, artwork, interface, software, and related content remain with their respective owners.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You may not bypass access controls, signed links, or rate limits; bulk scrape, mirror, redistribute, or resell artwork; attack or interfere with the service; introduce malicious code; infringe intellectual-property rights; or use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity. This does not restrict conduct expressly permitted by applicable law.

4. Content and Availability

Artwork and daily content are delivered online and may be added, replaced, restricted, or removed due to region, maintenance, licensing, or network conditions. We do not promise that any item or service will remain permanently available.

5. Advertising

The App may display third-party advertising when enabled. Rewarded ads are optional. Advertisers are responsible for their ads, products, and services, and transactions with advertisers are between you and them.

6. In-App Purchases

When purchases are enabled, price, tax, and currency are shown by Google Play or Apple App Store before confirmation. Payment, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the applicable store. Eligible non-consumable purchases may be restored through the store.

7. Your Creations

You retain applicable rights in your coloring choices and exported work. Personal use is allowed. Commercial use remains subject to the underlying artwork license and third-party rights. The App does not publish your work unless you actively choose to share it.

8. Updates and Termination

We may update the App, change features, or discontinue parts of the service. We may restrict online access when you materially breach these Terms, threaten service security, or when required by law. You may stop using the App at any time.

9. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly stated here. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or fitness for every particular purpose. Non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Where a limitation is not permitted, it applies only to the maximum extent allowed.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this page. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance, except where separate consent is legally required.
